Facts

--Huge ears help cool down the body for they are cold-blooded animals.
--Pupils act like that of a felines.
--Powerful long tail is helpful in midair as it acts like a rudder to steer themselves in flight.
--Tails help to balance on the ground as well.
--Tails are also used to side-swipe enemies.
--The tails can bend in any direction for it is extremely flexible because the bones are made of cartilage.
--As a Zentardane's wings unfurl, the diamond like "feathers" spread out, separating from the different colored "feather." This part of the wing has a small membrane attached which can only be completely seen when the wings are stretched out.
--Zentardanes can reach up to 8-10ft tall, from the top of their heads to their paws. Their body length is generally at least half their height. The tail consists of most of the full body length.
--Depending on the type of the Zentardane, the tongues can secret poison.
--There are many types of Zentardane...such as Ambush, Tribal, Chameleon, or Venom.
--The Ambush type is the most lethal. They specify in stealth and attack which makes their agility and attack high compared to other Danes.
--The Tribal type of Dane reacts to certain objects. Their bodies are decorated with primitive markings with help scare off predators and attract mates. The markings will glow vibrantly around certain objects.
--The Chameleon type of Dane can control what color their markings are depending on their environment.
--The Venom type of Dane secretes poison. This poison can either come from the tongue, saliva, wings, or breath. This type is the only type able to "breath fire," however the fire is only a gaseous cloud of poison. Poison that comes from the wings is in the form of dust.
--Zentardanes can mate with any dragonoid or canine. In mating with a dragonoid, the offspring will be more canine. In mating with a canine, the offspring will be more dragonic.
--Zentardanes can breed with any type of Dane, making certain combinations incredibly fearsome.
--Markings on the wings help attract mates or scare off enemies.
--The front paws function almost like hands, enabling the Zentardane to grab objects or cling to things.
--Zentardanes can climb trees with relative ease.
--Because of the way their front paws are shaped, Danes cannot run very fast. The highest speed recorded was 40mph.
--The saber-like eyeteeth help deliver the killing blow to prey or help inflict lethal damage to enemies.
--Thin fur coating the body helps to insulate their body temperatures, however most of their heat comes from the sun.
